THREE STONE LITHOGRAPHY COURSES AT OAKS EDITIONSFOR 2014

1. Monday 7th—Thursday 10th April
2. Monday 4th—Thursday 7th August
3. Saturday 11th—Sunday 12th & Saturday 18th—Sunday19th October
 
Maximum of four places on each course
 
Cost: £200
 
Non-returnable deposit of £50 to reserve a place.  Balance payable on arrival.
£10 discount if you book and pay the full amount, i.e. £190, before the start of the course.
If you have made full payment in advance but are unable to attend the course, please give at least one day’s notice in writing.
We will offer you a transfer to an alternative date or a refund, less £50 non-returnable deposit.
Full refunds will be made in the event of a course being cancelled.

Typically based on specific areas, be they counties, cities, districts or whatever, it involves artists inviting members of the public to visit their studios, to meet and talk with them, and to view their output. And it is always an added attraction if they can see artists at work. The area of West Sussex centred on Chichester has a particularly lively tradition, and is rich in creative talent, as the writer discovered on a recent visit. The occasion for this was to renew acquaintance with Max Birne, a former FPS personality, who has recently moved house from Wembley, where he had lived for many years, to Selsey, near Eric Coates’s ‘Sleepy Lagoon’.
