I trust this finds you and your loved ones in fine form and enjoying the start of summer. I am really pleased to tell you about 'Two Painters and a Sculptor'  a new show opening very soon which coincides with the Kensington and Chelsea Art Week this year.

23 June – 3 July 2022 are the dates for your diary

Myself, along with the painters Susan Absolon and Day Bowman are showing in the exquisite https://www.hansardstudio.com a new and exciting exhibition space on the edge of Kensington and Shepherd’s Bush,
The three of us have come together united by a shared approach to making art through the expressive, physical manipulation of our respective media and I am really looking forward to seeing our work all together, it is going to be a fab show!
We will be 'In Conversation' on the 30th June between 5pm and 7pm, this is a chance to ask questions and delve deeper into our work and discover the connecting threads and the different approaches. 

If poetry is your thing too, then please join the award winning Sue Hubbard and John Trotman in the gallery space for a reading of their work on Saturday 2nd July 3-5pm. John Trotman has written a poem in response to paintings by Day Bowman.

Typically based on specific areas, be they counties, cities, districts or whatever, it involves artists inviting members of the public to visit their studios, to meet and talk with them, and to view their output. And it is always an added attraction if they can see artists at work. The area of West Sussex centred on Chichester has a particularly lively tradition, and is rich in creative talent, as the writer discovered on a recent visit. The occasion for this was to renew acquaintance with Max Birne, a former FPS personality, who has recently moved house from Wembley, where he had lived for many years, to Selsey, near Eric Coates’s ‘Sleepy Lagoon’.
