As I said in my first email, I am really happy to see that  this year is already shaping up to be busy and exciting.  This time I am letting you know that I am talking about  'Amaraun' with the artist Tim Cousins. The fourth "Future of the Arts" Conference

We are writing to let you know that the fourth "Future of the Arts" Conference is being held on  Saturday 23 February  between  1.00-5.30pm   in  TUC Congress House , 23-28 Great Russell St,London WC1B 3LS. This event is being hosted by the London, South-East and Eastern Region of the TUC and is being organised in conjunction with the "Show Culture Some Love" campaign. The main aim of the conference is to look at arts funding - how it is funded, how much funding should be made available and what funding should be spent on. Our guest speakers will include politicians, academics, trade unionists and those who work in the sector. As ever, we will make time for speakers from any ongoing disputes/campaigns that are taking place - and we will have some artistic input from "Poetry on the Picket Line". Alexandra Harley: Masang

I am delighted that Masango (bright red and hanging from the ceiling!) has been selected by Sadie Clayton for the Discerning Eye exhibition. On show now at the Mall Galleries, London,  from  Thursday 15 November to Sunday 25 November 2018  at  The Mall Galleries, London SW1  every day from  10am to 5pm . Admission is  FREE  and all the works are all for sale As usual, The Discerning Eye is a great exhibition of small works. I do hope that you will be able to get along, there is something for everyone. If I dont see you there, I hope we catch up another time I have more new shows early in the new year, details to follow
